About the role

Responsibilities
- Ensure high data quality and integrity through regular audits, efficient management, and robust validation processes
- Generate insightful analyses and KPI reports to support strategic decision-making
- Design and implement process automation and scalable data infrastructure to improve efficiency and monitoring
- Collect, clean, and preprocess large datasets from diverse sources
- Develop, deploy, and optimize predictive models using machine learning to enhance performance and accuracy
- Interpret complex datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights
- Work with cross-functional teams to identify and execute data-driven opportunities
- Clearly present findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
- Strong proficiency in Python programming language
- 2+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or related field
- Experience with machine learning libraries such as scikit-learn, xgboost, lightGBM, TensorFlow, Keras, and Pytorch
- Experience in data analysis, visualization, and manipulation tools such as Pandas, Matplotlib, and Seaborn
- Experience with SQL
- Nice-to-have knowledge of AWS Stack such as SageMaker and Lambda functions
- Strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking and the ability to think creatively
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate complex ideas to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Comfortable working in English-speaking environments
