Responsibilities
Establish program management disciplines for data and AI initiatives, including governance, roadmap execution, and portfolio tracking.
Manage program status reporting: ensure leadership has clear visibility into milestones, risks, and progress.
Partner with business and technology leads to develop implementation roadmaps and business cases for key initiatives.
Support change management and communication plans to drive adoption of new data capabilities.
Coordinate cross-functional teams across data governance, data management, analytics, and technology.
Lead reporting to the Data Governance Council and other executive forums.
Support data literacy and enablement programs, ensuring employees are engaged and trained.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Systems, Program Management, or related field (Master’s a plus).
7+ years of experience in program or project management, preferably in data management or financial services.
Strong background in portfolio management, business case development, and reporting.
Proven experience managing cross-functional initiatives and driving accountability.
Familiarity with data governance, data quality, and analytics programs.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and change leadership skills.
Proficiency with program/project management tools and methodologies (Agile/Waterfall).
