Responsibilities
Conduct a thorough analysis of Fido’s product, business and operational activities
Data analysis focal for Fido’s departments (Marketing / Product / Risk / Finance / Bizdev / ext)
Applying advanced statistical concepts
Closely collaborate with other data analysts, data engineers and data scientist
Build and maintain the dashboards and KPIs
Provide analysis and insights to support our business growth
Share deep analysis conclusions and sophisticated technical methods in a clear manner to both technical and non-technical audiences
Requirements
5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst / BI Analyst in Saas or B2C company.
BSc in computer science or equivalent.
Strong SQL skills and experience of working with large datasets and analytical databases.
Knowledge of data visualization tools like Tableau / PowerBI or any other equivalent tool.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
Ability to think outside the box and develop innovative approaches to tackle complex challenges, driving unique and impactful solutions.
Excellent communication skills, independence and proactively drive initiatives across the organization.
Experience in Marketing or Product-related analysis - advantage.
