Responsibilities
Analysing financial information of new and active customers and making recommendations based on this
Manage sales orders blocked and determine the next course of action
Support complex collection cases
Work with the legal department on litigation matters and actions to be taken for material disputes
Contribute actively to continuous improvement, automation and service/process enhancements
Requirements
Relevant education degree or equivalent in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related fields
Ability to analyze financial information (Profit and loss statements, Cash flow, Balance sheet, Annual reports)
Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset
Fluent English (with strong written and oral communication skills)
Good organisational skills and ability to prioritise tasks
Good communication skills for interacting with different stakeholders
Team player with the ability to solve problems collaboratively
