- Credit Controller managing effective cash collection with a small team in specified business units. Reporting directly to the Credit Control Manager in a sustainability-focused company.
Responsibilities
- Drive effective cash collection.
- Interact effectively with clients, capturing status of items.
- Build trusted relationships with internal contacts in order to liaise over payment issues.
- Assist cash team with allocation queries.
- Identify and comply with Arcadis policies & procedures.
- Monitor business processes in order to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Maximize cash collection, improving DRO
