Responsibilities
Draft and review corporate documents such as minutes, bylaws, articles of incorporation, amendments and powers of attorney.

Monitor and manage deadlines and registration processes, ensuring completion of filings and proper safekeeping of documents.
Update and maintain company records and certificates, including CNPJ (Brazilian company tax ID), state and municipal registrations, licenses and permits.
Support the organization of shareholders’ meetings and corporate assemblies, preparing agendas, attendance lists and minutes for signature and filing.
Maintain physical and digital archives of corporate documents in compliance with internal policies and legal requirements.
Manage and update tracking spreadsheets for processes and regularization status.
Assist attorneys and legal managers with administrative and corporate matters, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
Liaise with public agencies, banks and external partners to request certificates, update registrations and handle other procedures.
Requirements
Technical or university degree in Law or related fields.
Previous experience in corporate routines and registration of acts at commercial registries and notary offices.
Practical knowledge of corporate law and procedures for company registration and amendments.
Proficiency with office tools (MS Office, spreadsheets, protocol tracking).
Organized, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills.
