About the role

Responsibilities
- Verificar atrasos e cobrar a regularização de pendências no sistema Performa;
- Conferir o andamento dos processos no sistema jurídico, assegurando a atualização e integridade das informações;
- Realizar controle e resposta das CIPs (Comunicações Internas de Processos) ao menos três vezes ao dia;
- Atender e responder e-mails internos e de clientes com agilidade e precisão;
- Realizar a abertura de chamados e agendamento de reuniões conforme a demanda;
- Gerenciar e acompanhar os acordos dos clientes;
- Realizar o envio semanal de solicitações de pagamento;
- Controlar a média de solicitações de pagamentos e de protocolos realizados;
- Elaborar dashboards atualizados com indicadores e informações estratégicas dos clientes;
- Elaborar a MINIRAR, com análise de dados e sugestões de melhoria;
- Organizar ações de relacionamento com clientes, como o envio de mimos de aniversário;
- Enviar formulário mensal aos integrantes da equipe para levantamento de sugestões e oportunidades de melhoria interna;
- Preencher e acompanhar as metas estabelecidas, contribuindo para a performance da equipe e da área jurídica.
Requirements
- Superior completo ou concluído em Direito com OAB ativa;
- Afinidade com a matéria.
