About the role
- Controller managing budget and forecasting for Covivio's business line and reporting KPIs to management. Supporting accounting with financial statements in a hybrid work environment.
Responsibilities
- Du verantwortest die Budget- und rollierende Forecastplanung für eine unserer Business Lines
- Du reportest monatlich unser Unternehmensergebnis sowie weitere KPIs an die Geschäftsführung in Deutschland sowie an die französische Konzernmuttergesellschaft
- Du unterstützt das Accounting bei der Aufstellung von Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen
- Du erstellst selbständig betriebswirtschaftlichen Analysen zur Steuerung der Business Line und leitest auf Basis von Plan-Ist-Abweichungen Handlungsbedarfe für die Fachabteilungen und die Geschäftsführung ab
- Identifikation von Potentialen und damit einhergehender Realisierung in Abstimmung mit den Fachbereichen und der Geschäftsführung
- Du optimierst unsere Prozesse und baust die Controlling- und Reportingstrukturen als Grundlage für eine datengetriebene Unternehmenssteuerung weiter aus
Requirements
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium mit Schwerpunkt Controlling/Finanzen
- Erste Berufserfahrung in den Bereichen Budget-/Forecast-Erstellung, KPI-Reporting und P&L-Analysen
- Sehr gute Excel- und SAP-Kenntnisse sowie Knowhow im BI-Reporting (Microsoft Power Plattform)
- Fließende Deutsch- als auch gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Analytisches Denkvermögen, kritische Grundhaltung zu bestehenden Prozessen und Kommunikationsstärke
