Responsibilities
Executar o ciclo completo de vendas: prospecção, diagnóstico, proposta e fechamento;
Qualificar leads inbound e outbound com agilidade e critério;
Conduzir reuniões remotas focadas no entendimento do cliente e na construção de valor;
Gerenciar oportunidades com precisão por meio do CRM (como RD Station ou Pipedrive);
Monitorar indicadores e propor melhorias contínuas no processo comercial;
Participar de eventos estratégicos da empresa, quando necessário.
Requirements
Experiência mínima de 1 a 2 anos em vendas consultivas ou inside sales;
Formação em Administração, Marketing, Comunicação ou áreas correlatas;
Comunicação clara, segura e eficaz, verbal e escrita;
Perfil resiliente, disciplinado e orientado a resultados;
Capacidade analítica e tomada de decisão baseada em dados;
Vivência com CRM e técnicas de prospecção ativa;
Conhecimento em metodologias de vendas consultivas, como SPIN Selling, Receita Previsível, BANT, GPCT, entre outras;
Experiência com produtos intangíveis ou em segmentos como eventos ou serviços será diferencial.
