About the role
- Community Health Manager overseeing community grantmaking and investment strategies for Sutter Health. Driving partnerships and local health improvements within defined geographic areas.
Responsibilities
- Leads the design and implementation of community grantmaking and investment strategy
- Oversees the full lifecycle of community health investments

Requirements
- Bachelor's: Public Policy, Public Health or Public Administration, or a related field
- 8 years recent relevant experience
- Must be able to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Significant understanding of community-based organizations and local and statewide Foundations and government agencies
- Knowledge of public relations and event coordination
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook software
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal direction
- Demonstrated ability to effectively work with executives and senior management teams
