About the role
- Communication Manager responsible for developing communication strategy for SEB Kort, focusing on internal communication and collaboration with international teams.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the company’s communications strategy, focusing on internal communication
- Write, edit, and adapt internal communication to ensure clarity and engagement among employees
- Support and guide the executive management team in communication matters, strengthening our internal brand
- Coordinate and work closely with our Communication Manager in Germany to ensure consistent, high-quality communication
- Collaborate with other departments to maintain a unified communications strategy that reflects the company's values and goals
- Together with the Communication Manager in Germany, plan, develop and launch a new SEB Kort Group Intranet, securing an active and efficient internal communication platform
Requirements
- Experience in strategic communication work, preferably with a focus on internal communication
- Proven ability to write and produce internal communication that engages and inspires
- Fluency in both Swedish and English; German language skills is a plus
- Strong skills in balancing strategic and operational tasks in a dynamic environment
- Experience in an international setting and working closely with executive teams is a plus
