Responsibilities
Manage and support our property claims, end to end, and provide exceptional customer services to our clients and customers through proactive claims management.
Process all claims within your delegated authority;
Meet, if not exceed, claim deadlines as per our service level agreement;
Ensure compliance with relevant service agreements and Codes;
Provide exceptional customer service to our clients.
Requirements
Previous claims management experience, ideally some commercial property
Proven ability to build stakeholder relationships and manage communication effectively.
Demonstrated organisational and time management skills;
The ability to work independently and within a team;
