Responsibilities
Identify and prospect insurance brokerages in the market with the objective of directing their insurance business to Pottencial Seguradora;
Monitor broker production in the market through daily/monthly tracking reports and spreadsheets;
Provide training to brokerages to promote our products and generate new business for Pottencial Seguradora;
Develop strategies to boost sales and manage regional growth through reports, maintaining overall organization of the entire sales process;
Strengthen relationships with brokerages through visits, online meetings, phone calls, events, and commercial campaigns to encourage them to place their business with Pottencial Seguradora;
Conduct institutional visits to relevant policyholders;
Monitor the registration/onboarding of policyholders;
Monitor operations, tracking their approvals and pricing.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration or a related field - minimum 4 years' experience;
Commercial Management - Advanced;
MS Office - Intermediate;
Financial Mathematics - Basic;
Insurance industry - Advanced;
