Responsibilities
Oversee the performance, profitability, and development of Commercial Property line of business
Set product direction, support growth initiatives, and ensure alignment with corporate objectives
Evaluate market trends, guide rate adequacy and product positioning
Collaborate with cross-functional partners in Actuarial, Analytics, Compliance, and Underwriting Operations
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree required
Minimum of 10 years of commercial lines underwriting experience
Strong analytical skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Good project management skills
Thorough knowledge of commercial lines underwriting
Demonstrated knowledge of commercial rate-making process
Good personal computer skills, with an emphasis on Microsoft Office Suite
