- Grant/funding management (research, application, documentation and reporting)

- General support for operational processes where needed
Requirements
- Initial professional experience in finance, accounting, office management or as an assistant, preferably in a startup or health tech environment
- Structured, careful and independent working style
- Confident use of digital tools (e.g., MS Office, ideally also DATEV Unternehmen online)
- Willingness to learn new topics such as grant funding or software tools
- Very good German language skills, both written and spoken; solid English skills
