Responsibilities
Detailed analysis of Digital Collections KPIs;
Create and implement a digital collections strategy and cadence (collections journey) focused on improving results and reducing costs;
Monitor collections metrics to build reports that support decision-making and ensure continuous process improvement;
Meet objectives and targets set by management within established deadlines;
Build the customer journey according to customer segmentation variables and collection channel;
Create communication templates aligned with the customer journey and the channel used;
Configure rules in the collections CRM (Cobransaas);
Manage collections partners (EPS).
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or higher;
Experience in collections and credit recovery, preferably with consulting firms;
