Responsibilities
Play a key role in ensuring projects meet objectives on time and budget by increasing employee adoption
Focus on the people side of change, including changes to business processes, systems, technology, job roles, and organization structures
Create and implement change management strategies and plans to maximize employee adoption and minimize resistance
Drive faster adoption and greater proficiency of changes impacting WGU employees and students
Support project teams in integrating change management activities into project plans
Assess change impacts of assigned projects and present action plans to executive sponsors
Requirements
Bachelor Degree from an accredited institution
Professional experience in roles requiring extensive Change Management skills in a large organization (5000+ employees)
Excellent understanding of Change Management theory/techniques
Ability to execute Prosci ADKAR Change Management for multiple projects simultaneously
Proficiency in project management methodologies and software tools
Ability to become Prosci Change Manager certified within 3-6 months of employment
Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts
