Responsibilities
Serve and manage a portfolio of B2B clients, focusing on new business opportunities;
Present the product portfolio and provide customer service via digital channels;
Responsible for offering and selling mobile and fixed telephony products, IT and advanced solutions, equipment leasing, electronics sales, and value-added services;
Monitor channel- and portfolio-specific KPIs;
Analyze, plan and execute commercial and sales activities to meet and exceed the company's targets;
Monitor the transaction workflow, identifying process blockers, backlog and commercial issues that may affect deal closure;
Manage daily reports to track sales;
Work to resolve critical situations through regular customer contact and partnership with internal teams.
Requirements
Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
Commercial profile: driven to get things done, results-oriented, consultative approach and active listening to customers;
