About the role
- Business Intelligence Specialist developing and managing BI solutions for SYNCPILOT. Analyzing data requirements and collaborating with management for data-driven decisions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and analyze requirements for structured information from the business unit
- Model data from various source systems into a data warehouse architecture
- Create concepts for the implementation of a group-wide business intelligence solution
- Support the ongoing enhancement of the solution in line with company growth
- Serve as a liaison between department leadership and top management
Requirements
- Degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, or a related field
- At least 3–5 years of professional experience in the data warehouse environment
- Practical experience in data modeling, building ETL pipelines, and working with business intelligence systems
- Solid knowledge of SAP, Atlassian, and Personio is a plus
- Excellent MS Office skills
- High self-motivation and enjoyment of collaborative, cross-departmental work
- Excellent German skills (C2 level) and business-fluent English (C1 level)
