Responsibilities
- Evolve the products and processes of the Loans and Financing for Business Clients team
- Manage product issues, frictions, and processes, clarifying opportunities to reduce those frictions
- Monitor, map, and lead product risk mitigation and remediation plans
- Serve as a point of reference for Cooperatives and CAS teams in knowledge sharing and product change management
- Identify business opportunities for our products through analysis of key numbers and indicators
- Collaborate with peers within the Business Clients team to share knowledge and best practices
Requirements
- Knowledge of financial products and services
- Understanding of a company’s financial routine/operations
- Credit experience preferred
- Familiarity with Power BI / Databricks / Denodo / SQL is desirable
- Experience with credit products backed by guarantee funds is a strong plus
