Requirements

- Comfortable with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or Miro.
- Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall.
- Able to map processes (e.g., with BPMN or Visio).
- Strong ability to simplify and communicate complex technical concepts.
- Experience in the banking, telecommunications, or energy sectors is an asset.
- Self-directed, organized, and solution-oriented.
- Expertise in governance, KPIs, or process optimization.
- Certifications such as CBAP or PMI-PBA are a plus.
