- Accounting professional preparing financial documents and supporting project cost allocation in a climate technology company. Working with various stakeholders to improve data quality and reporting efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Vorbereitung der laufenden Buchhaltung zur Übergabe an unseren Steuerberater
- Kontrolle, digitale Ablage und strukturierte Verwaltung aller Belege und Rechnungen
- Sicherstellung der korrekten Verbuchung auf Kostenstellen und Projekte (Kostenträger)
- Unterstützung der Projektleiter bei der projektbezogenen Zuordnung von Kosten, insbesondere für öffentlich geförderte Projekte
- Abstimmung von offenen Posten, Unterstützung beim Zahlungsmanagement
- Verbesserung der Datenqualität in der Ist-Berichterstattung
- Weiterentwicklung effizienter Prozesse in Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Abteilungen wie Procurement, Controlling
- Optional: Unterstützung bei der vorbereitenden Lohnbuchhaltung
Requirements
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Finanzbuchhalter:in oder Bilanzbuchhalter:in
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Buchhaltung nach HGB (Pflicht) und wünschenswert auch deutsches Steuerrecht (v.a. Umsatzsteuer)
- Selbstständige, strukturierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
- Erfahrung mit Kostenstellen- und Projektbuchhaltung
- Erfahrung mit DATEV oder vergleichbaren Systemen wünschenswert
- Kenntnisse in der Lohnabrechnung sind ein Plus, aber kein Muss
