About the role
- Entry-Level Bookkeeper managing financial records and assisting with reconciliations at Impact Scale. Collaborating with company leadership to ensure data accuracy and support operations.
Responsibilities
- Assist in verifying financial transactions, data entries, and commission reports
- Support the accountant and company owners with monthly reconciliations and expense tracking
- Maintain and update accounting records in QuickBooks (or other relevant software)
- Review invoices, receipts, and statements for accuracy and completeness
- Help prepare basic financial reports and summaries
- Ensure proper documentation and organization of all financial files
- Communicate with internal teams or vendors to clarify discrepancies
- Support general administrative tasks related to finance as needed
Requirements
- Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or relevant coursework/experience)
- 1–2 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency with Google Sheets, Excel and familiarity with accounting software (QuickBooks preferred)
