Requirements

- Preference for leaders with knowledge of Client Experience metrics and Digital ways of working
- Proven ability to simplify complex concepts
- Experience driving change and transformation workflows
- Ability to lead and motivate teams during change periods
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with financial planning tools (SAP, Hyperion Planning and Reporting, Tableau, etc.)
- Understanding of emerging technology (Alteryx, Python)
