About the role

Responsibilities
- Manage labor litigation cases and oversee all procedural steps;
- Define labor legal strategy in coordination with the legal management team;
- Review litigation filings and other procedural documents for the area;
- Supervise and monitor the performance of external law firms;
- Draft legal opinions and responses to labor-related inquiries;
- Provide proactive, strategic labor-law guidance to business units to prevent disputes;
- Assess legal risks and establish provisions for claims and contingencies;
- Conduct audits aimed at developing labor risk mitigation plans;
- Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders;
- Implement innovation tools and technologies for high-volume (mass) litigation management;
Requirements
- Law degree completed;
- Active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB);
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office;
- Experience in labor law, either in an in-house legal department or at a law firm;
- Postgraduate degree in a legal field (preferred);
- Experience with SAP and Espaider tools;
- Proficiency in using AI tools and technologies.
