Responsibilities
- Act in the legal controllership, performing analysis and screening of court notices and legal notifications;
- Identify and direct the necessary legal actions to ensure compliance with deadlines;
- Manage and control procedural deadlines, including absolute/final deadlines, ensuring timely compliance and mitigation of risks;
- Organize and prioritize procedural deadlines and caseloads;
- Request and follow up on the submission of documents, supporting materials and information from clients and internal departments;
- Work with legal case management systems and management tools;
- Maintain clear and efficient communication with the team and clients, ensuring ongoing alignment;
- Contribute to the standardization and improvement of internal workflows.
Requirements
- Law degree (LL.B. or equivalent) and active OAB registration (Brazilian Bar Association);
- Excellent organization and attention to detail;
- Analytical ability to interpret court notices and legal notifications;
- Good written and verbal communication skills;
- Proactivity and agility in handling tasks;
- Strong commitment to deadlines and quality of deliverables.
