Responsibilities
You will take full responsibility for all marketing activities of Wella Company Consumer Brands in the DACH region
You will drive toward ambitious KPIs such as market share, successful product launches and outstanding media performance
You will actively shape the brand’s future by developing and implementing innovative, national and long-term business plans and brand strategies
You will identify trends, analyze markets and products, and proactively derive recommendations and actions for global marketing
You will ensure excellent launches of new segments and products and manage the existing portfolio with an optimal mix of modern marketing tools
You will develop creative media, PR, digital and influencer strategies
You will plan and manage high-impact advertising campaigns and consumer promotions and implement them together with cross-functional teams
You will be responsible for the marketing budget, monitor brand profitability and take targeted measures to achieve ambitious marketing goals
You will support and develop your team both professionally and personally and create an inspiring working environment
You will lead external agencies (PR, media, promotion, digital, influencer) with foresight and efficiency
You will continuously optimize processes, leverage synergies and drive innovation
You will represent the company professionally at national and international events, conferences and client meetings
Requirements
Successfully completed Master’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing or Sales
Extensive relevant professional experience (>8 years) in marketing within an internationally active consumer goods company
Fluent German and English skills
Marketing experience in Beauty and consumer goods
Strong expertise in Influencer Marketing, Media and Digital Marketing
Previous experience in a global marketing role is an advantage
Confident and persuasive personality with leadership abilities
