About the role
- Associate Director of Customer Supply Chain leading a team to manage customer interactions and optimize supply chain efficiency for Clorox. Collaborating with the sales team to drive revenue growth and best practices.
Responsibilities
- Own the Supply Chain relationship with the Customer in collaboration with Sales
- Lead a team of supply chain managers and analysts in daily planning, collaboration, and order fulfillment
- Responsible for hiring, training and development of the team
- Regularly interface with external and internal stakeholders
- Proactively assess and communicate performance to stakeholders
- Provide resource management to maximize value for Clorox
- Develop & support the strategy to support Customer business requirements
- Lead cross-functional efforts within the company's Supply Chain functions
- Develop transportation solutions with the Customer
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Science, Supply Chain or related field
- MBA is preferred
- 5+ years of demonstrated experience working with CPG Retailer partners and ecommerce platforms
- 7+ years of demonstrated supply chain experience within Operations
- 7+ years of demonstrated leadership experience
- 10+ years of people management experience
- Strategic thinking to quickly identify supply chain gaps
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional results in a customer-facing capacity
- Strong relationship development, conflict resolution, and team building instincts
