- Approve visual assets and establish quality standards in alignment with the Art Director's direction;
- Understand and contribute to each project's art bible and communicate it to the team;
- Create compelling visuals inspired by new licenses or existing intellectual properties;
- Lead cross-departmental art discussions;
- Actively participate in defining, maintaining, and evolving the artistic vision.
Requirements
- Previous experience as an Associate Art Director with at least two shipped titles of high quality and varied styles.
- Experience in client management and the ability to adapt to original or existing intellectual properties, whether internal or external, within a video game context.
- Proven strength in conceptual and big-picture thinking across diverse projects and brands.
- Strong understanding of the different artistic phases within a production pipeline.
- Excellent innovation skills and a deep understanding of the creative process.
- A passion for video games, film, comics, and artistic culture in general, to support the horror genre and the artistic variety we deliver in a game like Dead by Daylight.
