Responsibilities
Technical maintenance and ongoing development of an assigned portfolio of buildings
Planning, management and supervision of renovation and modernization projects, with a focus on energy-efficiency measures for multi-family residential buildings
Conducting condition surveys and planning and cost estimation of structural measures
Preparation of specifications (bill of quantities) and construction schedules
Coordination of regulatory and neighborhood/community concerns
Coordination and oversight of construction processes including schedule, cost and quality control
Close coordination with the commercial/administrative department
Communication with tenants, contractors and authorities
Requirements
Degree in a technical field of construction (Civil Engineering, Architecture) or qualification as a technician / certified building technician (m/f/d)
Several years of professional experience in planning and leading refurbishment projects for existing buildings, primarily in energy-related building renovations
In-depth experience in preparing specifications (bill of quantities)
Experience in the residential property sector
Ideally experience with MS Office and knowledge of SAP
