About the role
- Analytics Engineer shaping analytics foundation for Infinitus—a healthcare AI platform. Mentor data consumers and collaborate with teams to enhance decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Shape our analytics foundation: Define modeling patterns, metrics architecture, and analytics engineering best practices as we grow. Owning transformation design from raw data to consumption ready marts.
- Enable stakeholders: Collaborate with Product, Operations, Engineering, and Analytics teams to deliver faster, more reliable insights that drive business decisions.
- Build capacity: Mentor analysts and data consumers through tooling, guidance, and training—helping them design better models, build better metrics, and ship better insights.
- Scale with quality: Expand and maintain testing and documentation that let us ship confidently and sustainably.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in analytics engineering, or in data analytics with significant analytics engineering responsibilities
- Deep fluency in SQL and dbt (or similar frameworks), including layered modeling, incremental models, testing, and documentation
- Hands-on with modern data warehouses (BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift, etc.) and transformation tools
- Comfortable working with technical and non-technical stakeholders to explore ambiguity and translate business requirements into well-defined data solutions
- Basic scripting skills in Python or similar languages for automation and data validation
- Excited to help others grow in their use of our data warehouse
- Passion for fostering a collaborative, inclusive, and impact-driven data culture
- Strong communicator across both technical and non-technical teams
- Energized by helping others grow in their use of data tools and workflows
