Responsibilities
Apoio estratégico: Ser a ponte entre a empresa e nossos clientes, garantindo que eles aproveitem ao máximo nosso sistema financeiro. Você vai acompanhar o onboarding, realizar treinamentos e ajudar a otimizar processos financeiros, contábeis e fiscais.
Relacionamento e monitoramento: Mapear os processos dos clientes, identificar oportunidades de melhoria e fortalecer o relacionamento. Você vai monitorar o uso do sistema para garantir que nossos clientes estejam sempre engajados e satisfeitos.
Resolução de problemas: Auxiliar na resolução de dúvidas, coletar feedbacks valiosos para o time de produto e atuar para prevenir cancelamentos, garantindo a satisfação e a fidelidade dos nossos clientes.
Requirements
Graduação em Administração, Finanças ou áreas correlatas.
Experiência prévia com atendimento ao cliente.
Experiência com emissão de boletos, notas fiscais e relatórios financeiros será um diferencial.
Sólido conhecimento em contas a pagar e receber, fluxo de caixa e fechamento contábil.
Proatividade, excelente comunicação, capacidade de resolução de problemas e foco no cliente.
