About the role
- Intern working under Tech GRC manager to develop AI governance understanding at Adobe. Conducting research and collaborating with teams to enhance governance frameworks.
Responsibilities
- Work under the supervision and mentorship of the Tech GRC manager and develop an understanding of the AI governance mechanisms at Adobe
- Conduct research on emerging AI regulations, standards, and best practices across global jurisdictions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align governance strategies with technical and business goals
- Contribute to maturing the AI risk management framework
- Monitor and summarize key developments in AI technologies and corresponding security risks
- Build and maintain governance/compliance dashboards to provide a comprehensive view of the compliance posture of the organization
Requirements
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree with a focus in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Cybersecurity or related field
- 0-1 years of professional or internship experience
- Foundational understanding of artificial intelligence concepts and their ethical, regulatory, and operational implications
- Self-starter with a proactive attitude and a creative, resourceful approach to problem-solving
- Good interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills; a collaborative team player with excellent organizational and planning abilities
- Sharp attention to detail, with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear, actionable insights
- Strong interest in learning new technologies and concepts and understanding how these will help the business
- Desire to learn how to assess and manage technology risk across a large-scale enterprise organization
- Knowledge of Industry and Regulatory frameworks will be useful (e.g., SOC2, FedRAMP, ISO, PCI, HIPAA, NIST, etc.)
