Responsibilities
Lead the digital transformation roadmap, aligning AI applications with business objectives across retail, e-commerce, marketing, and operations.

Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related field.
MBA or equivalent business experience is a plus.
3–7 years of experience in Digital business transformation strategy and implementation.
Building and deploying AI/ML applications, ideally in a retail or consumer environment.
Data modeling, statistical analysis, and data visualization tools (e.g., Python, SQL, Power BI/Tableau).
Web and app development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, or mobile platforms).
Strong understanding of AI technologies: NLP, recommendation engines, computer vision, predictive analytics.
Experience working with APIs and integrating AI tools into existing systems.
Excellent problem-solving, project management, and communication skills.
