Centralised SPOR function within the Onecape HUB focused on servicing customers
Liaising with agents for upload of PDA’s
Payment preparation to agents for either PDA or FDA payment
Adhere to SLA timings for different payment types
Manage FX payments for DA OUT generation
Communicate externally and internally
Requirements
Experience in Shipping/Maritime industry
Understanding of financial services
Knowledge of FX platforms for payments
Ability to adhere to SLA timings
Strong communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
Proficiency in managing accounting transactions
Customer relationship management skills
