Accounting Professional managing daily accounting operations with Trendyol Pay. Ensuring compliance with Turkish GAAP including OPEX invoice processing and supporting payroll.
Responsibilities
Manage daily accounting operations in compliance with Turkish GAAP, including OPEX invoice processing, bank and POS reconciliations, and monthly closings.
Handle e-invoice and e-ledger tasks.
Support payroll and fixed asset accounting.
Assist in the preparation of legal declarations.
Contribute to automation and process improvement initiatives to enhance financial efficiency and accuracy.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, Finance or relevant fields
Leading the development, modification, and documentation of accounting procedures
Min 5 years of previous experience in accounting
Experience in SAP (especially in FI Module)
Solid Bigdata analysis experience in complex structures
Experience in accounting/Tax/audit departments of Big Four is a plus
Having experience in the e-commerce sectors is a plus
Experience in process optimization and digitalization and/or automation projects of accounting workflows
Willingness to improve processes which are handled manually
High attention to detail, strong analytical and problem-solving skills required
Strong Excel skills, proficient at working with BigData
Ability to work well in a variety of different cross-functional teams and build strong working relationships across the organization
Process-oriented and problem-solving attitude as well as strong organizational skills and hands-on mentality
Ability to think strategically; go beyond the numbers and to think logically about underlying business drivers and issues
