About the role
- Accountant overseeing bookkeeping and financial processes for Triathlon Group. Handling various accounting responsibilities to ensure smooth financial operations.
Responsibilities
- Carrying out ongoing bookkeeping
- Supporting and maintaining the ELO workflow
- Posting and managing outgoing invoices and accounts receivable
- Posting and managing incoming invoices and accounts payable
- Posting and managing fixed assets
- Posting and formal verification of travel expense reports
- Preparing and reviewing the accounts receivable aging report and handing over dunning lists to Sales or Receivables Management
- Handling the dunning process
- Preparing payment proposal lists
- Reconciling intercompany balances with sister and parent companies
- Posting bank transactions, including handling bank advices
- Managing and recording petty cash
Requirements
- Completed commercial vocational training (e.g., industrial clerk, tax clerk or equivalent)
- Several years of professional experience in accounting desirable
- Confident use of common accounting software and MS Office, especially Excel
- Structured, meticulous and reliable way of working
- Strong numerical affinity and analytical thinking
- Team player with a high level of responsibility
