Leads project tasks affecting multiple business and IT departments.
Evaluates project impacts through consultations with various teams.
Supports system configuration and integration testing to ensure requirements are met.
Manages work plans, timelines, and budgets, prioritizing projects based on feedback and ROI.
Performs business process modeling and re-engineering to ensure completeness.
Utilizes UML tools to create Use Cases, Class, and Sequence Diagrams.
Mentors team members in technology and application delivery.
Collaborates with stakeholders to analyze requirements for Guidewire enhancements.
Translates business requirements into technical specifications and design documents.
Configures, customizes, and tests Guidewire applications to align with business needs.
Provides support during system implementations and upgrades.
Participates in integration testing, user acceptance testing, and deployment.
Requirements
Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or Computer Science or Engineering and 8 or more years of experience in the Information Technology area related to PolicyCenter.
High School Diploma or Equivalent and 10 or more years of experience in the Information Technology area related to PolicyCenter.
Process reengineering; LEAN/Six Sigma experience
Experience with process modeling tools
Insurance application system design/analysis experience
Experience with use case development
Experience with Rapid Application Development (RAD) tools/techniques
