Responsibilities
- Define digital and IT strategies that align technology capabilities with business objectives and long-term value creation
- Assess digital maturity, technology landscapes, and operating models to identify strategic improvement opportunities
- Identify and prioritize high-impact transformation initiatives and translate them into clear, actionable roadmaps and business cases
- Advise clients on key technology decisions such as build vs. buy, platform strategies, and ecosystem partnerships
- Translate business strategies into target architectures, capability maps, and scalable digital platforms
- Structure complex challenges into clear workstreams and support executive decision-making through structured analysis and compelling communication
- Facilitate workshops and discussions with senior stakeholders, bridging business, technology, and engineering perspectives
- Contribute to business growth by supporting proposals, shaping advisory offerings, and strengthening our positioning in digital strategy and engineering advisory.
Requirements
- Around 5 years of experience in digital, IT or technology-driven transformation, including at least 2 years in a consulting environment
- University or FH degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- Experience in shaping and implementing strategy and governance
- Worked within complex IT and enterprise environments
- Interested in working across industries such as banking, insurance, life sciences or manufacturing.
