About the role
- Junior Legal Associate supporting legal documentation and compliance under supervision. Involves drafting documents, assisting registrations, and legal research with focus on Luxembourg law.
Responsibilities
- Support the Legal & Compliance Department in the preparation of legal documentation, corporate filings, and regulatory processes
- Draft standard corporate documents and assist with company registrations and filings
- Conduct basic legal research on Luxembourg corporate and regulatory matters
- Maintain structured digital and physical legal files
- Coordinate with CRM, Accounting, and Administrative teams for required information
- Assist in updating templates and internal checklists
- Provide general legal support for internal projects and client-related matters as delegated.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law
- Further training in compliance, corporate law, or international regulations is an asset
- 1-3 years of legal practice, ideally in a corporate, fiduciary, or consulting setting
- Experience in Luxembourg corporate law is an advantage but not mandatory
- Native or fluent in written and spoken Russian & English
- French or German proficiency is a strong asset
- Excellent legal writing and document formatting skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Self-driven, with ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
- Familiarity with digital legal tools, signing software, and collaborative platforms (e.g. Teamwork).
