Responsibilities
Lead and execute transformational projects that reshape the Aftermarket automotive sector across North America, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives.
Engage with regional project owners to define project objectives, deliverables, milestones, and timelines.
Partner with the leadership team to identify operational bottlenecks and implement effective, sustainable solutions that optimize business processes.
Develop comprehensive project plans, including budgets, governance structures, documentation, and progress reporting.
Apply Agile project management best practices to drive iterative delivery, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement.
Maintain clear, consistent communication channels among supporting teams, project stakeholders, and leadership.
Advocate for and manage organizational change, incorporating regional nuances and developing contingency plans to anticipate and mitigate risk.
Coach and mentor business teams on project management discipline, including planning, prioritization, execution rigor, and risk management.
Requirements
6+ years experience in managing transformational projects and building execution plans
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field with a focus on Project Management or Operations
Demonstrated success in leading projects from ideation to implementation.
Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent Communication (both written and verbal) and Collaboration Skills
Experience with agile and traditional project management tools such as Gantt charts, MS Project, Planner, KPI dashboards
Preferred PMP, SCRUM, or equivalent certification, process mapping tools & Power BI is a plus
Experience in the North American automotive aftermarket or technology sectors is a plus
