Responsibilities
- Perform Personnel Department activities.
- Participate in the onboarding process for new employees.
- Administer company benefits and implement salary policy.
- Analyze company personnel costs.
- Analyze salary information statistics.
- Participate in negotiations with benefit plan providers.
- Facilitate employee reintegration and adaptation.
- Monitor and control PGR/PCMSO/LTCAT reports.
- Manage condominium benefits (AM, VT, VA, VC, in-kind grocery basket, and life insurance).
- Process hires, terminations, vacations, and payroll using the Domínio system.
- Provide support to condominium managers (síndicos) and employees.
- Apply and monitor the collective bargaining agreement.
- Perform other activities related to the Personnel/HR area.
