Responsibilities
You take on project management of a core team for large-scale projects (pre-construction and construction phases)
You organize, review and control content, quality and cost-effectiveness from the tendering and design phases through to the execution phase of your projects
You coordinate the various planners and project stakeholders
You support the team in resolving technically demanding challenges
You represent our company to clients and subcontractors
Requirements
A degree in civil engineering, architecture or a comparable field within the construction industry
Professional experience in the construction industry, ideally as a site manager or project manager in building construction / SF-Bau (specialized building projects)
Leadership experience is an advantage but not required
Enjoy working in a team, with high motivation and self-initiative
Goal- and solution-oriented thinking and acting, and enjoyment of working in a team
Willingness to travel
