About the role
- Project Leader for large construction projects in Germany, overseeing core team and managing project phases and quality control.
Responsibilities
- You take on project management of a core team for large-scale projects (pre-construction and construction phases)
- You organize, review and control content, quality and cost-effectiveness from the tendering and design phases through to the execution phase of your projects
- You coordinate the various planners and project stakeholders
- You support the team in resolving technically demanding challenges
- You represent our company to clients and subcontractors
Requirements
- A degree in civil engineering, architecture or a comparable field within the construction industry
- Professional experience in the construction industry, ideally as a site manager or project manager in building construction / SF-Bau (specialized building projects)
- Leadership experience is an advantage but not required
- Enjoy working in a team, with high motivation and self-initiative
- Goal- and solution-oriented thinking and acting, and enjoyment of working in a team
- Willingness to travel
