About the role

Responsibilities
- Join our GenAI Delivery team, a passionate group working on client engagements that bridge the gap between GenAI and software engineering.
- Support our clients, mostly large banks and corporates, to adopt GenAI and Agentic AI in their finance processes.
- Work on our own cloud-based platform, Zanders Inside, providing various applications to our clients in banking and (international) business.
- Collaborate with consultants and software engineers, taking ownership of projects and contributing ideas.
Requirements
- Relevant Education: Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years developing software applications
- Demonstrable experience with building GenAI products and knowledge of the inner workings of LLMs and agents is required
- Experience with developing RESTful applications, task queues and related technologies is a plus
- A basic understanding of DevOps technologies and platforms (Azure, Kubernetes, Terraform/OpenTofu and Helm) is preferred
- Mindset: Proven experience in collaborative software development projects
- Flexibility: Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Location Flexibility: Hybrid role based in Zagreb, willingness to travel for projects.
