About the role
- Project Manager leading HR & Payroll transformation projects across Europe for Zalaris. Engaging with clients and cross-functional teams to ensure successful service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end HR & Payroll transformation and digitalization projects for Zalaris clients across various European countries.
- Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and resources to ensure successful implementation and ongoing service delivery.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project requirements.
- Assess project feasibility to ensure alignment with schedules, quality standards, and budget requirements.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement effective mitigation plans.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HR, Payroll, IT, Operations) to ensure accurate and timely execution.
- Ensure service quality and compliance with local regulations and client-specific standards.
- Prepare and deliver comprehensive project documentation, reports, and presentations.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project processes and workflows.
Requirements
- Proven Project Management experience in HR and Payroll outsourcing, preferably with SAP HCM design, implementation, and migration projects.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in an international setting.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong command in English, both written and spoken.
- Proficiency with project management tools, experience with Smartsheet is an advantage.
- Ability to travel when required.
