Responsibilities
The Regional Category Manager (LAC) plays a key role in supporting and advancing SCM across the Latin American region.
This position partners closely with regional stakeholders, global category teams, and franchisees to ensure category initiatives align with business priorities and drive sustainable value across the system.
Success in this role requires strong relationship-building skills, the ability to influence across functions and cultures, and comfort operating in an environment where priorities can evolve and ambiguity exists.
With significant opportunity to help strengthen and mature SCM, this individual will contribute to supplier strategy execution, risk management, specification optimization, and sustainability integration, while supporting long-term growth and competitive advantage across the region.
Requirements
8+ years’ experience in supply chain roles, ideally within food industry or related field
5+ years’ experience of global / regional strategic category management / procurement
Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
Strong leadership skills; prepared to challenge status quo and drive change
Excellent communication and partnership skills with the ability to work effectively with internal and external partners across the global business
Strong communications (presentation, verbal, writing) and ability to gain buy-in & influence key stakeholders at all levels in a global organization
High level of intellectual curiosity
Data and analysis-driven with strong Excel skills
