About the role

Responsibilities
- Structure, organize and manage development cycles according to Agile/Scrum best practices.
- Write and maintain product documentation: functional specifications, user stories, user guides, user journeys, etc.
- Gather, analyze and prioritize user needs in collaboration with internal teams and partners.
- Define, challenge and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment between business needs and technical constraints.
- Ensure the functional quality of deliverables (testing, validation, tracking user feedback).
- Maintain smooth and regular communication with internal IT developers, facilitating understanding of objectives and user expectations.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and internal tools.
Requirements
- Strong command of Scrum and Agile principles is essential.
- Proven ability to structure processes, organize a product lifecycle and produce clear, comprehensive documentation.
- Comfortable communicating with developers and understanding technical constraints.
- Excellent command of French is mandatory (writing, summarizing, communication).
- Good level of English desired.
- Prince2, PMP or equivalent certification is highly appreciated.
