- Join our existing 130 developers, spread across 18 teams, in a unique managerless organization that's all about individual responsibility, trust, and solving real problems (not just cranking out code).
- Work on Cloud and AI projects in a team-focused culture without a hierarchical management structure.
- Shape the product from UI to backend and cloud orchestration as part of a full-stack experience.
Requirements
- Java proficiency, or solid experience with another OOP language and a willingness to switch
- Genuine interest in functional programming. Scala is our backend language of choice, and we’ll help you get there
- Experience and interest in AI - Our strategy focuses on robust automation that blends innovative research with real-world enterprise needs, moving beyond basic chatbot integration.
- Readiness to drive things forward, whether it be through tech exploration, pair programming, or sharing your insights
- Ability to switch context and stay comfortable outside a single tech stack
- Curiosity, responsibility, and a desire to get things done, not because you’re told, but because it excites joy
- Fluent in Czech/Slovak + English at least B2.
- Nice to have
- Experience with any functional or multi-paradigm language: Scala, JavaScript, Python, etc.
- DevOps awareness: Kubernetes, ArgoCD, Bamboo, shell scripting
