Responsibilities
Partner with senior leaders to define and prioritize performance management and transformation efforts across product, operations, and go-to-market functions.
Design and manage the cadence, format, and content of business performance reporting for the executive team.
Lead the execution of cross-functional strategic initiatives that align with One Pass’s long-term vision and growth roadmap.
Translate actionable insights on business performance (EBITDA, growth, member engagement, operational KPIs) into prioritized initiatives.
Own the development of the One Pass operating scorecard and gap closure tracking including operational process with functional leaders.
Establish repeatable processes for initiative tracking, business performance reviews, and strategic planning cycles.
Support quarterly and annual business reviews with compelling narratives and data-driven insights.
Requirements
10+ years of experience in strategy, business operations, or performance management roles.
MBA or equivalent experience in business strategy, finance, or operations.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence without authority.
Strong analytical skills with experience in root cause analysis, scenario modeling, and KPI development.
Exceptional verbal, written, and oral communication skills—able to distill complexity into clarity.
Experience in payer and risk management environments, health, wellness, or consumer platforms is a plus.
