- Field Application Engineer providing technical support and product selections at Xylem. Collaborates with the sales network and senior engineers to develop multibrand offers and solutions.
Responsibilities
- Selezione e preventivazione di prodotti sia standard che complessi a seconda del livello di autonomia raggiunto
- Dimensionamento dei prodotti, anche complessi, elaborando le variabili di processo e svolgendo calcoli adeguati per fornire preventivi in linea con gli standard qualitativi aziendali
- Definire la strategia commerciale in allineamento con il reparto WI Sales Transport
- Lettura delle Specifiche Tecniche di Gare Pubbliche, selezione dei prodotti adeguati e preparazione dell’offerta in base ai requisiti tecnici ed economici per ottenere il miglior punteggio possibile
- Collaborazione con i Senior Field Application Engineer e con l’Application Engineer Manager al fine di elaborare selezioni ed offerte
- Supporto ai Product Manager e al Team Commerciale tramite formazione su prodotti e applicazioni alla rete di vendita e ai clienti
- Supporto alla rete di vendita sul campo per ispezioni e presentazioni di offerte complesse ai clienti
- Utilizzo degli strumenti aziendali per la selezione, il dimensionamento e la quotazione dei prodotti, al fine di facilitare i flussi di lavoro
Requirements
- Laurea Triennale o Magistrale in Ingegneria civile, idraulica e meccanica o similare
- Almeno 3 anni di esperienza pregressa in un ruolo analogo
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese parlata e scritta
- Buona conoscenza del pacchetto MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
